Shanequa Reese-McFarlane

Program Assistant

Shanequa Reese-McFarlane has served as a Program Assistant at our Women’s Mental Health Shelter at the Park Avenue Armory since 2022. Prior to joining the Neighborhood House, Shanequa worked as a Direct Support Professional with the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities and as an Assistant Facility Director, Habilitation Specialist and Developmental Aide at Lifespire. Shanequa has decades of experience working with individuals living with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Shanequa is a graduate of Acron High School for Social Justice.
