Jarnely Serrano

Director

Jarnely Serrano has served as Director at our Women’s Mental Health Shelter at the Park Avenue Armory since 2022, after transitioning from her role as Shelter Administrative Director. Jarnely has held a number of positions in the Neighborhood House since first joining in 2013, including Social Services Worker, Case Manager, Shelter Director of Operations and agency-wide Director of Operations. Previously Jarnely worked as an Administrative Assistant in the credit department of a jewelry manufacturing company after graduating from the State University of New York at New Paltz with a BA in Sociology.
