Arlene Charlon

Assistant Teacher

Arlene Charlon joined the Neighborhood House in 2021 as an Assistant Teacher in our Early Childhood Center. Arlene has a long history of working with children, from preschool through school age. Prior to joining us, Arlene served as a Psychosocial Rehabilitation Worker at Saint Dominic’s Family Services in the Bronx and has also been a Sunday School Teacher, a tutor and a Summer Camp Coordinator for Sanctuary for Families. Arlene is a graduate of Westchester Community College (AA, Liberal Arts) and Mercy College (BS, Behavioral Science). Arlene is fluent in Spanish.
