Yameiri Delmonte

Program Manager

Yameiri Delmonte has served as a Program Manager on our Older Adult Centers team since 2024, after first joining the Neighborhood House as a Benefits Advocate in 2022. Prior to joining us, Yameiri worked for Sauti Yetu Center for African Women and Families as a Case Aide and in their Quality Assurance efforts. Yameiri also has more than ten years of experience in clerical work and customer service. Yameiri is a graduate of Mercy College (BA, Communication) and is fluent in Spanish.
