Music Teacher

Michelle David has served as a Music Teacher in our Visual and Performing Arts Department since 2023. Prior to joining the Neighborhood House, Michelle was a freelance Performer and Composer and a Teaching Assistant. Michelle is a Haitian-Peruvian composer, performer and teacher, with a specialization in experimental, cinematic and ambient styles, and is classically trained in piano, voice and music theory. Michelle is a graduate of SUNY Geneseo (BA, Music Composition) and the Special Music School (Major Singing & Music Composition) in New York.
