Charlton Roussell

Outreach and Care Manager

Charlton Roussell has served as an Outreach and Care Manager in our Caregiver Program since 2022, previously serving as an Outreach Coordinator since 2020. Charlton first joined the Neighborhood House in 2006 and has worked a variety of roles, more recently as an Assistant Teacher in our Visual and Performing Arts Department. Prior to joining us, Charlton worked for Good Shepherd Services assisting low-income families in the Bronx. Charlton is a graduate of Hunter College, where he is currently pursuing his Master’s Degree.
